The rooftop pool provided a perfect escape after a day of exploring, and the friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The location made it easy to enjoy the mall and hop-on-hop-off tours. Breakfast was diverse and satisfying, and the pool area was a great spot to unwind. Friendly staff made our stay even better.

However, we had some trouble with check-in when we arrived as our requests weren't met, and it took longer than expected to get our luggage sorted out.

I also wished there was a microwave in my room and laundry facilities would have been handy for my longer stay. The room was clean but the mattress felt too firm for my liking. Overall, my stay was good, but those improvements would have made it even better.

I stayed for 6 nights in a cozy room with a nice shower and comfy bed. The staff was super friendly and always available. Convenience was a big plus with a 24/7 snack bar and quick access to the metro just a short walk away. Great food options around too!
